Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We offer shipping services to anywhere in the world that accepts International Priority Mail or FedEx International shipping. On all international shipments, we are required to list the value of your order which will be equal to what you paid us, minus shipping expenses. We are not responsible for any customs' fees or tariff's. It is impossible for us to know the laws in each country around the globe. As a resident of your country, you should be aware of the potential responsibilities.
Other Shipping and Production Policies
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Expedited Production Turnaround times do NOT include shipping. Expedited Production Turnaround time is effective daily for orders placed prior to 12 p.m. PST. Orders placed after 12 p.m. PST will begin expedited Production Turnaround the following calendar day.
Online Order Status Changes
From time to time during your order fulfillment, you will receive emails stating that the status of your order has changes. First, we will process your order in our accounting system and change the status to "Order in production and on-schedule with chosen production turnaround time(s)." Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification advising you of the shipment and you can login to your account to retrieve the tracking number for your order.
Free Shipping Policy
We offer "Free Shipping" to all continental U.S. customers who purchase $50.00 or more in product from our website. Our "Free Shipping" option is for online purchases only. Logo Infusion reserves all rights for courier selection and turnaround time when a customer selects "Free Shipping." Our goal is to get your order to your doorstep within 5 days of your package leaving our facility. Holidays and Weekends cause delays in shipping, as shipper carriers to do not operate on those days. You should always count shipping days based on standard "Business Days", Monday-Friday, not including National Holidays.
Multi-Piece Purchase and Shipment
There is a potential for multi-piece shipment depending on products purchased. For example, customers that purchase our Express Service Jerseys and Accessories are to receive faster production turnaround times on these items. However, if these items are purchased along with a Stock Personalize jersey, Stock background jersey, or any jersey not found in the Express category, we may ship all items together after production on all items has been completed. Stock Background and Stock Personalize items are subject to a standard production turnaround time of 3-4 weeks and will be shipped as such unless a faster form of service is purchased.

Please note that nearly all Logo Infusion dye sublimated apparel and accessories are custom-made to order, except items in the READY-2-SHIP category, which are in our warehouse. Thus, we have a strict Return/Exchange/Cancellation policy. Details listed below:
All Returns/Exchanges for products fulfilled correctly based on the order description are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Additionally, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with product returning to Logo Infusion. If a mistake was made on your order, including collar type, sizing, name misspellings, etc, then Logo Infusion will supply you with a return shipping label and will produce a corrected item immediately. Supplying photos to firstname.lastname@example.org, referencing your order number, will speed up the process to correct your order.
The following items are eligible for product returns/exchanges for 30 days from time of shipment:
- EXPRESS category Jerseys
- PERSONALIZE category Jerseys WITH NO ADDED NAMES ON BACK
- Strike Sleeves, Microfiber Towels, Shoe Bags, and Banners
- NOTE: All items must be in new, unworn condition, with original packaging required in the return.
The following items are NOT eligible for product returns/exchanges:
- BACKGROUND category Jerseys
- PRO SERIES category Jerseys
- Jr. GOLD, USA BOWLING, SYC, or PARTNER category jerseys
- Product that has left our facility for over 30 days
- Product that has been worn or used.
All other returns/exchanges are subject to management discretion based on items ordered.
ALL RETURNS WILL BEGIN AS STORE CREDIT. MANAGEMENT APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR REFUNDS. ALL EXCHANGES WILL BE OFFERED AS SIZE EXCHANGES ONLY - NO OTHER OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE.
Online Return Requests
If a refund is approved, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've approved the return, received the return, and processed the returned item.
Customers have 48 hours from the time an order is placed to cancel an order for "Standard Production" products.
Expedited Production Orders
No cancellations are accepted on orders with expedited production. These orders receive immediate attention from our staff and are put into our production process on the day of the order to meet the shortened deadline. Please ensure that all information is accurate before submitting an order with expedited production.
