Shipping & Returns
We can ship worldwide. We use several shipping carriers, both domestically and internationally. For orders to the continental U.S., we offer a free shipping option for orders over $200 after discounts and applied coupons.
We use USPS or FedEx for domestic shipping. Shipping times are not included in production times. We are not responsible for shipping delays, but if you paid for a guaranteed service (if offered) we will work on your behalf for discounts or reimbursement of shipping fees. Once we give your order to our shipping carrier, we no longer have control over changing shipping addresses or the time it takes to arrive to your shipping location.
Shipping times are not included in production times. We offer international shipping services to most countries, Hawaii, Alaska, APO, and all US territories. We use International Priority Mail or FedEx International shipping services. For all international shipments, we are required to list the value of your order which will be equal to what was paid for the order items, minus shipping expenses. We are not responsible for any customs fees or tariffs.

Free Shipping Policy
We offer “free shipping” on all continental U.S. orders over $200. We choose the least expensive carrier for these shipments, but our goal is for you to receive your order in 2-5 days from the time of shipment.
Order items with multiple production times
- Many orders contain items with products that have different production times. In general, if your order contains items with different production times, your order will ship out as follows:
- For orders with STANDARD production, all items will be shipped based on the longest standard production time.
- For orders where you paid for rush production, items with rush production will ship on their own timeline. Paying rush production for one item will not add rush production for all items on your order.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
Most items ordered from our website are manufactured specifically for your order, so we have a strict return policy as follows:
- Returns are valid for 30 days from approval. Items must be received no later than 45 days from approval.
- Personalized items – we do not allow returns for these products.
- Items with no personalization – you must submit for a return or exchange request from your online account. Once approved, you may ship the approved item(s) at your cost to our address. Once the item(s) are received in their original condition and packaging, we will either issue store credit only, minus a 20% restocking fee, or ship out your new item(s). We do not offer refunds for approved return items. We will only exchange items for different sizes. We do not allow changes in design to be exchanged.
Due to health concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges for masks or neck gaiter products.
