Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

Please note that nearly all Logo Infusion dye sublimated apparel and accessories are custom-made to order. Thus, we have a strict Return/Exchange/Cancellation policy. Details listed below:

General

All Returns/Exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Additionally, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with product retrieval and newly issued product.

Policy

The following items are eligible for product returns/exchanges:

  • Logo Infusion Original Jerseys
  • Logo Infusion Original Strike Sleeves and Microfiber Towels
  • NOTE: All items must be in new, unworn condition, with original packaging required in the return.

The following items are NOT eligible for product returns/exchanges:

  • Personalized product (i.e.: items with a Name Addition)
  • Product that is 30 days passed its delivery date
  • Product that has been worn or used.

All other returns/exchanges are subject to management discretion based on items ordered.

ALL RETURNS WILL BEGIN AS STORE CREDIT. MANAGEMENT APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR FUND REIMBURSEMENT. ALL EXCHANGES WILL BE OFFERED AS SIZE EXCHANGES ONLY - NO OTHER OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE.

Online Return Requests

If a refund is approved, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Order Cancellations

Customers have 48 hours from the time an order is placed to cancel an order. Due to the custom nature of our business, no cancellations are accepted after this time has elapsed.

Expedited Production Orders

No cancellations are accepted on orders with expedited production.  These orders receive immediate attention from our staff and are put into our production process on the day of the order to meet the shortened deadline. Please ensure that all information is accurate before submitting an order with expedited production.

Shipping

General

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping time you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Expedited Production Turnaround times do NOT include shipping. Expedited Production Turnaround time is effective daily for orders placed prior to 12 p.m. PST. Orders placed after 12 p.m. PST will begin expedited Production Turnaround the following calendar day.

We HIGHLY recommend that all orders outside of the United States use USPS Priority Mail International as their shipping service. This will provide more detailed tracking information, expedite the shipping process, and avoid delivery conflicts.

Online Specific

Online order status will remain as "Awaiting Fulfillment" until the order has processed into our system. Once the order enters the production schedule, the order status will be switched to "Awaiting Shipment," where it will remain until the order departs our facility. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

Our "Free Shipping" option is for online purchases only. Logo Infusion reserves all rights for courier selection and turnaround time when a customer selects "Free Shipping."

Multi-Piece Purchase and Shipment

There is a potential for multi-piece shipment depending on products purchased. For example, customers that purchase our LI Original Jerseys and Accessories are to receive faster production turnaround times on these items. However, if these items are purchased along with an LI Authentic jersey, LI Masterpiece jersey, LI Self Portrait or any accessory not found in the LI Original Accessories category, we will ship all items together after production on all items has completed. LI Authentic and Masterpiece items are subject to a standard production turnaround time of 3-4 weeks and will be shipped as such.

Please note that production time does NOT include shipping! Production time begins after Virtual Sample approval (if applicable) or at the time the order is placed.
